I feel very glad that I choosed this hotel. The reception lady is so nice. When she knew we would get up very early and leave for the mountain in the morning, she prepared wonderful breakfast for us to take away in advance. We even didn't ask her... I love the hotel and the lady. - Cozy place, staff extremely helpful and friendly and nice environm

The staff were friendly and helpful, Kim the Aussie(sorry kiwi)especially so. She asked me to mention that they were biker friendly.Top place to stay,some good roads close by. Can't understand some of theneg. Comments from one of the previous guests. - Warm welcome by the owners and staff. Made to feel at home during our stay with nothing too much

Very helpful and friendly lady owner. Very good value for money, and excellent location for walking into town and travelling on to Schynige Platter and Grindlewald. As we frequently stayed around here, the hotel is strategically located. The staffs waited for us quite late as we arrive late and very friendly with good English. The breakfast is good with nice atmosphere. The hotel itself is also good and recommended for travelllers want to travel in Swiss Alps and mountains nearby as hotels are expensive around here.

the room is very cozy and comfortable, very nice, makes me feel like living in a family, not like other big, posh, impersonal hotels. the staff are very friendly and warm - Breakfast was great. Only a short walk to the city centre. Comfortable budget room. Would definitely stay there again

I have arrived the hotel after midnight. But the staff was waiting foronly us. And he explained all about trip and gave documents for the trip(map, timetable for train, other guildlines...) at that time. - The reception was warm and the owners extremely nice and friendly.

The Price is low, therefore we didn't expect luxury. However: Friendly owner, spacious room with view to the lake, free WIFI working also in room. Right by the train station, so we could travel all around Switzerland. Also liked fitted sheets, as all the hotels that I have been to, uses far too small flat sheets. -
As mentioned above. It is right opposit the Interlaken west railway station and centrally located in the city. People are extremely hospitable. I loved the stay.

This was the best hotel experience of our 18-day Europe experience. Very friendly and hospitable staff. The room was very very spacious. We literally got a dungeon @ Paris and did not have much expectations about Aarburg. But we were pleasantly surprised to see such a big room(2 rooms) with beds. I was only worried about food for my 2 year old. But the hotel staff gave hot milk(which is a miracle at Paris), eggs,

This hotel has a wonderfully location,just a short walk to the main centre of Interlaken and many restaurants and shops but quiet and away from crowds. It is ahort walk along the river to the station for the Funicular to the Harder Kulm, well worth a visit.
