The breakfast buffet was excellent! Hotel staff was very very friendly from the second we got there (very rare in Europe). I've lived in Europe a long time and have been to a million hotels and this has been one of the best stays I've had during a ski season. - the family room was of a good size, beds were comfortable, view was great, morning break

Service at the Jungfrau Hotel was exceptional. Email correspondence was prompt and courteous. Late check in was processed smoothly. Easy access to Interlaken city centre. We loved everything about the hotel.It was the most relaxing break, all staff were so helpful and friendly. We had our dog with us and he was made very welcome. It is in a peaceful village and so very close to the Railway station so it was easy to access all that the region offers. We are already checking our dates to book again for next year! A wonderful hotel!

The room was spacious and very clean. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. It was very convenient to the train station and the big Migros store which had a good restaurant. They were able to tell us down to the bus times what we should see which was excellent as we only had two nights there. The hotel is also in a great location for easy transport to Interlaken West and Ost train stations and many restaurants. The room was also a nice size - not too cramped.

great staff good location to train station. breakfast buffets were very good, nicely managed - The staff actually went out of their way to make my stay comfortable since i was taking teh last train out of zurich was reaching late had requested them and they obliged..This one simple gesture would make me go and stay there again..
