We had never been to Zurich and had limited time to site see, but the staff was most helpful in directing us to how and what to see and the most economical way to do it. - a real value for money and a very fresh concept of an airport hotel

We had an early flight out, so this was a good value option for us. We
rode the train to the Zurich airport stop, then took the free hotel
shuttle to the hotel and back again to the airport in the morning. Fyi,
you need to reserve a spot on the early shuttle back to the airport.
Clean, comfortable room with a good shower. Bar looked nice and had
outdoor seating. Breakfast was okay.

We found it very easy to get to because of the airport shuttle and very comfortable upon arrival. The staff were very helpful and friendly even when our flight was delayed. It was a relief to be welcomed without any problems which made our trip all the more relaxing. - We got a room with connecting doors as requested...they were clean and good roo

Very warm and helpful staff and a good chinese restaurant and anexcellent bar. This hotel is conveniently located close to the Zurichairport from where there is good train connectivity to Zurich hb andother locations. - Perfect Airport hotel, two double beds which was great as we had an 8 and 3 year old, good special offer price helped

They allowed us to store one big luggage in their store and to retrieve it when we return to collect it 9 days later. Great service - I love the sleek and modern design of the rooms. They are very comfortable and the windows are huge. Nothing could be more convenient when it comes to going to and from the airport. Its a 5 minute ride in the complimentary shuttle bus. I recommend the breakfast buffet if you have time in the morning.

Good and helpfull staff. Room consider actually two rooms, sleeping room and tv room. rooms were big. - The hotel was excellent but the staff were the best part - they were friendly and extremely helpful.

lovely hotel, with a free shuttle service to and from the airport. wish we could have stayed longer - Beside the TV, soft chair, study table and dressing table are excellent.

We were put in the Best Western part of the facility because the Flexihome was full. It turned out to be lucky for us since we were told the Flexihome Apts. are very small and not nearly as nice as the Best Western right in front of it. The restaurant was also very nice but a bit expensive.

The Fujiya an Edo Garden are great restaurants. I'm always looking forward to my next stay. The hotel is small, quiet and clean. It's my favorite in the area. - very friendly hotel-staff and very accomodating to my needs especially the airport-hotel car service. the room is very nicely designed except for the bathtub.

They exceeded my expectations in overall quality. The staff was fast and efficient. The welcome tray of chocolates and water was much appreciated as was the free wired internet service. - Everything is brand new (I'm writing Aug 2008). The rooms are super clean, and the place has a modernist cool-hotel look. It was very easy to stay there.
