  We arrived early and were allowed to access our rooms. The staff were friendly and more than happy to help us with any queries and meet our needs. The elegance of the hotel and the cleanliness of the rooms was a great touch to an enjoyable stay in Bern.   This is a modern hotel that has all the features of a four star hotel. The room, though small, was very comfortable. Excellent bathroom with tub and roll-in shower. It has an electric heated towel rack, and a clever night light. Rooms have a small deck with a table and two chairs. The hotel sits perpendicular to the lake, so none have direct lake ... τι λέει ο κόσμος » views. We looked out on a park and a parking lot. Food was outstanding for both dinner and breakfast. The setting by the lake was lovely. Easy ride - Very friendly, helpful, Very nice restaurant and variions sélection. Breakfast buffet very nice and until noon subdays! Very beautiful view of mountains and Lake. Also wall trough the parc ans à long Lake to city beautiful!
