The young Thai woman who checked us in was exceptionally helpful, giving maps and precise directions on how to get to places via subway and bus as well as a couple of suggestions as to what to see.
We had requested a room on an upper floor with a view and were given one on the top floor center overlooking the park - perfect.
Nice color scheme in the room, too.

We loved the feel of this house. The stone spiral stairs, the bare wood floors and the vaulted ceilings gives it so much charm. Although it has old world charm, it is incredibly cosy and warm. The location, on Sodermalm, a short walk uphill from the Zinkensdamm subway station, was excellent - very convenient, but also quiet. A wonderful base for our first visit to Stockholm. The room was spacious and comfortable, breakfast was good and the staff were helpful and friendly. We would be happy to return.

it was a pleasant surprise to see such a clean and friendly hostel of that size (it is quite large). It had more of a htel feeling than a backpackers hostel, and it is more family-oriented than wild backpackers. Nice mixture of regular backpackers in their 20s, families from all over Europe, and even a group of Swedish senior citizens. Good clean b

Good checkout time (12 noon) and free baggage room for storage. - We had stayed at the hotel once before and we chose the hotel again. We liked the location very much. The fact that we could walk to The old town and the rural environment with the nice park just outside the door. The hotel made our expectations come true and we have nothing to complaint about.

The rooms are beautiful and very practical. The beds have two small single bed duvets but i was alone and was not an issue. Reception is open 24/7 so had no problem checking out at 2 in the morning. It was a ten minute walk to the tube if walking by street level. The neat thing was the funicular was across the street so it was a short walk if you used it. It was free to ride! The mall with everything one could need is right there. They serve a basic Swedish breakfast. -

Hταν πολύ άνετο και είχε αρκετές παροχές. Το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετικό ευγενικοί πρόθυμοι να βοηθήσουν. Το πρωινό ήταν πλούσιο η τοποθεσία ήταν πολύ καλή -ακριβώς δίπλα είναι το μετρό και σε απόσταση 5- 10 λεπτά με τα πόδια οι σταθμοί των τρένων και των λεοφορίων. Lovely relaxed atmosphere. Skylight. Comfortable bed - slept well.
It takes only a few minutes to walk over the bridge to or from flight buses that run frequently.
Shops and restaurants nearby.
Based on some reviews I expected more cramped conditions and steeper stairs ...I´m oldish and roundish and encountered no problems whatsoever.
