Me and my friend visited this hotel in March of 2013th. Great european
place nearby Indian Ocean! Wonderful design of a court yard, clean rooms
and halls, very good service, polite people helped us with everything we
needed. Few minutes to the great cafe/restaurant, where european and
local meals are served; one (really one!) minute to the nice beach with
warm sand and great ocean view. Very quiet place, not far from local
pubs, restaurants. The gates at the entrance and the doors make the

The service was really great. It's a very kind family, they give you a lot of time and they help you with all your questions and needs. The breakfast is very nice and the atmosphere is also really nice. They make you feel very welcome. It's not a luxury hotel, but is is very gozy and nice decorated in Sri Lankan style, and not expensive at all.
Personal is very friendly. the hotel is very close to a nice quite beach. it is possible to rent modern motorbike, tuk-tuk or even a bicycle. it is definetly very good place for this price.

Very friendly owner, good breakfast, less than 100m to the beach - only 15-20min to the airport. I was here to begin and end my trip in Sri Lanka in March and would always start here.
Very cozy small hotell. hospitable owner helped us to make a trip to Colombo. Discribed all variants how to get to Colombo and get back. Made a hint what better to see.
Nishan picked us up in the midnight from the airport at a windy and rainy day. He is so nice.
