  I booked this for the motogp weekend, it was possibly my best holiday ever! The appartment is very new very clean very comfortable and very good.   Modern hotel within walking distance of the metro station Ayora and the Turia Gardens. Bedrooms and bathrooms were large and comfortable.   Would have been 5 stars if not for the age of the hotel itself. Huge bed (king sized) and a semi 'walk in wardrobe'. Distance is a good15- 30 min walk away depending on walking speed. About 5 to 6 euros by cab to city centre, train stations and the city of art and science. Distance is good enough not to be awaken by the fal - We had been travelling in Spain and Portugal for three weeks in a number of locations. This was most our most luxurious stay to date. We had a King room which was ginormous with excellent facilities. We were travelling by car, so did not want to stay in the centre of Valencia, which was only a 15 minutes walk away. Our check-in and out were handled quickly and efficiently. Buffet breakfast was included in what we considered to be a budget rate. We would recommend this hotel.

The beds are basic but comfortable enough. The staff are normally dealing with students so the check-in/out is functional rather than personable.
