Featuring floor-to-ceiling windows and parquet floors, these modern apartments are decorated in white and cream colours. The lounge includes a sofa and armchairs, while the kitchen has a microwave, oven and fridge. They each have a washing machine, a flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi is available at an extra cost.
Restaurants, bars and shops can be found in the surrounding streets. Plaza de la Reina and Plaza Redonda, which are both a 5-minute walk away, also offer a range of places to eat.
Valencia Cathedral and La Lonja are within 500 metres from the apartments. The Torres de Quart, part of the old city walls, are also only a 5-minute walk away.

We really enjoyed the nice apartment and the marvelous view from the terrace (7th floor) to the ancient part of Valencia. We lived in a clean, modern styled apartment with lift, air condition, 2 bed rooms and opt. WiFi. The location close to the Central Market and city center supports all activities without transport time losses.

Fabulous location, well equipped apartment. Only 100 M from the Mercado Central. Fabulous for 1 couple, dubious for 2.
Awful sewerage smell on the rooftop terrace, no door to the main bedroom, only a curtain. Second bedroom gets almost no airconditioning when the door is closed.

When you arrive in the city, please call the property for directions and confirm arrival time.
Check-in takes place until 21:00. Please note, the following surcharges apply for late check-in:
21:00 until 01:00- EUR 30
Please note, you cannot check in after 01:00.
If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform the property in advance.
Towels and bed linen are included.
A damages deposit of EUR 100 is payable on arrival, by credit card. It will be refunded once the apartment has been checked.
Please note that during Las Fallas Festival, Moto GP and Formula 1, every extra person has a cost of EUR 50 per day.
WiFi is available under request and is subject to availability. Please contact the property prior to arrival if you want this service.
Breakfast is served in a café near the apartments, called Petit Bistro, located in Plaza De La Virgen Square.
