This was the most perfect place to stay during my trip to Spain. It was close to the bus routes, not too far from the city center. The family running the place was very welcoming and spoke perfect English, the room, en suite bathroom and kitchen were very clean, modern and tidy and the free wi-fi had consistently good connection. Everything. This was a fantastic pension with lovely modern rooms. Bathroom was excellent. My room was great and comfortable. There was a TV living room and a small kitchenette and dining area. The breakfast was supurb with fresh squeezed orange juice, eggs, and many other choices to eat. Rosa and Carlo were wonderful hosts who sincerely cared for their guests. Should I return to Sevilla i will surely stay there again.

Spacious apartment (no8) in the middle of Santa Cruz area, walking distance from all the major attractions. Christine made us welcome and provided us with a guide and map to her favourite tapas bars and restaurants. The roof terrace is a great place to relax on a warm evening.
The apartment has a comfortable sitting/dining area with balcony windows on two sides. The kitchen is fully equiped including a washing machine, radiant hob and microwave.

The location was perfect for walking and sightseeing around the old ciy. We loved the decor and the charm of an old, traditional, Sevillan house. The service was both warm, friendly and efficient. Spacious apartment with access to a roof terrace with amazing views of the cathedral. - Apartment (studio) has top quality fit out.You get exactly what is advertised. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Roof top terrace is a bonus.

The apartment's location is excellent for enjoying Seville's old town. We visited during the week of the April Fair, very much enjoying the costumes and party atmosphere. The weather was warm, so we enjoyed the air conditioning. It was set too cold but we figured out how to moderate the temperature. We shopped for groceries at the Cortes Ingle

Very good position, really in the heart of Sevilla. The apartment was
clean, elegant and as described on the web site. We had a 2 bedrooms
apartment that with two small children was perfect for us and cheaper
than any other option. The staff at the reception was very friendly and
let us leave the apartment in the afternoon due to no other bookings,
that allows us to spend the last day in the city more relaxed. I
strongly recommend it!

It was a wonderful experience. The apartment was clean, new and nice, located in a very lively area, but just a few meters apart so that it was quite and calm. The owners are reliable, sharp and ver y kind. I don't have any comment or suggestion to improve it. It is just great. -

Very flexible officers. We could leave the luggage in our appartment on the day of departure because it was not rented that day. Martha made us feel very welcome and recommended some nice places for dinner! The apt was spacious, modern reformed recently, very clean, comfortable , wifi, quiet, had most of equipment you would need for a short or long stay, except if it could have an electric kettle for a quick cup of tea as ceramic hob takes a while and boiling waler in pan could be dangerous when pouring into such small teacups. Otherwise very good.

convenient to visitor sites, shopping and restaurants. Friendly, helpful staff at reception. The gentleman at reception got us information on Granada and interesting sites to see. - A perfectly located hotel 5 minutes from the cathedral, but in a quiet alley with an attractive central patio.
