Loved everything, extremely helpful staff, nice chic hotel, great poolservice with towels, great food at buffet. Plus only 5 minutes away fromdowntown Seville, only a $4 euro taxi drive. - Good facilities, staff very helpful and pleasant - particularly the concierges who had good local knowledge and gave good advice. Fanastically helpful, welcoming staff. Lovely tiled entrance / reception. Very comfy, spacious beds and a sitting room - more than we needed for such a short stay. Outstanding value for money. Disagree with someone's comment about the breakfast - there was ample choice and lots of it. We had a fabulous weekend and look forward to returning. -

The staff was extremely helpful, polite and professional. They offered information about the city, asked if I needed help with my bags and they informed me that there was a discount for using the parking garage because I stayed at the hotel and various other questions which made me feel very comfortable about staying at this hotel. - Great value f

All members of staff were always polite and friendly. Our room was spacious enough for a four day stay and was always clean tidy on our return from sightseeing. Bearing in mind the location so close to the centre of the city it was quiet at night.The breakfast was very good indeed. - Hotel was not too central but a nice walk past some off the beat

The Fontecruz is a very elegant and well kept and when you get you seem to leave the world behind. Enter a muffled world, the atmosphere is wonderful. The rooms are neat and beautiful and important thing are the most comfortable beds. Beautiful terrace and the pool but we did not use because the temperature did not allow it.

Perfect location, design of the hotel.
Parking: This is not a downside of the hotel, but be prepared that it is indeed as difficult as described by others! The hotel can be found easily with a gps, but the streets are extremely (!) narrow, and it is very likely that you need to back out about 300 m unless driving a really small car. There is absolutely no parking in front of the hotel or in a street nearby, making the hotel a quiet and peaceful place in the ancient city.

Very good value. It was located so that we could walk to downtown while being able also to walk to where our son was staying near the edge of the city. It is a modern facility. -

τα πάντα! Αν και πολύ καινούργιο ξενοδοχείο με κατ'επέκταση κάποια προβληματάκια σε ότι αφορά την λειτουργία πχ του air condition, οι υπάλληλοι ήταν τόσο εξυπηρετικοί που όλα λύνοταν άμεσα. They did a great job decorating, staff was very friendly. We traveled with our 10month old, they were very accomodating. Only a 6 min walk to trolley into center, or 17 min walk to center. We will definitely stay there again!! Big room and bathroom!
