Excellent location in city centre. The staff were helpful and friendly
at all times and we liked the 24hr reception desk which made us feel
secure in the hotel. The building had lots of character with lovely
internal courtyards and interesting paintings and furnishings. We stayed

The hotel is quirky - but very nicely so. The decor of old Spainish tiles in an ancient convent provides a comfortably and interesting historical ambiance. The hotel is clean and quiet, and the buffet breakfast is amongst the best we have enjoyed. Being only one hundred metres from the cathedral in the Santa Cr us district is a real bonus. The hotel was beautiful, but some small things i.e. no face cloths in the bathrooms and not enough toiletries, small details. Inadequate light as you entered the room, hard to see into the safe deposit b0x. All small practical details, but would recommend they be put right. This apartment totally made me a apartment aficionado. I will never stay in a hotel or B&B again.
It was spotless large and the kitchen and washing facilities were top-class. Even though we did not do much cooking everything was there.
The parking was in the same building a great plus point. w number of cafes and restaurants were around the corner. A fantastic place for a family. And the three bedrooms meant everyone had his/her space. We loved every minute and will never stay anywhere else

They offered information about the city, asked if I needed help with my bags and they informed me that there was a discount for using the parking garage because I stayed at the hotel and various other questions which made me feel very comfortable about staying at this hotel. - Great value f

They did a great job decorating, staff was very friendly. We traveled with our 10month old, they were very accomodating. Only a 6 min walk to trolley into center, or 17 min walk to center.
