Situated in the center of Sevilla, not far from the Cathedral and Giralda (approx. 10 minutes walking) and also Plaza de Toros. The owner/staff was very helpfull, he give us the map of the city and explained where to go to see a flamenco without a reservation. He explained also about where to park in the public space of Plaza de Armas, not far from the Pension (the street was narrow and there were no parking spots). Because the temperature was low we turned on the air conditioning device which .
όλα τα σχόλια » The pension is family run and they are there 24 hours to let you into the building so it feels really secure. We got good recommendations for places to get tapas in the city. It was spotlessly clean in both room and shared bathroom. Room was simple but beds very comfy. It's in great location for airport bus and not far to main sights. Very friendly family-run business in a traditional house with patio. Family gave advice as to where to eat, very accommodating. Extremely comfy beds, airy and clean rooms, air con and WIFI included. Quiet road and guests. Very close to bus station and city centre. Excellent value. One of the best places I have ever stayed in!. The staff were lovely, even if we had to communicate through google translate. The room was very comfortable and clean. Also the Pension is about a 5 minute walk from where the airport shuttle bus terminates. It was about a 10 minute walk from the cathedral, which meant that the local tapas bars were a lot cheaper too. I love the two ladies who greeted us when we arrived. Even though they don't speak English, but I know they are trying their best to make us feel comfortable. The place was really close to the bus station which have direct connection to Seville airport, hence no problem for us to get a bus at 5 in the morning. Location is great - just a couple of mins walk from the armas bus station. Staff friendly (but don´t speak english). Nice little place, not fancy. I had single room shared bathroom. Very simple room but fine for what I wanted. The bathroom was modern and sparkling clean. Typical Seville's building, very nice. Very good location, in the centre and close to the bus station. The staff were so warm and friendly - it was like a family atmosphere who owned the place. They did not speak a word of English yet we managed to communicate. The beds were very comfortable. Amazing and friendly staff (especially funny old ladies), unforgettable fragrance, old-style furniture, on the edge of city center, near of central bus station (Plaza de Aramas). The pension is nice, clean and friendly, you have everything you normally need in short trips. Thin walls: when you turn on the water on the shower it's quite noisy also when people in the other rooms are talking, even if not loud, you can here everything. The internet, free wi-fi, did not worked very well, the signal was weak. Wifi was a bit patchy in our room and there wasn't a big communal area to sit. Nothing. My room was right at the top of the house up very narrow steep stairs - but that is normal for most of these hotels. So not a complaint - more a warning. Wifi was in and out. Kitchen access is very limited. The listing says that a parking is available at 16 Euro; however, the hostess sent us to a parking (this may be because of the language problem indeed) which costs 22 Euro for a day which is way too expensive (quite close to the room rate). Additionally, there was no soap, only shower gel, but it is not very convenient to wash your hands from a gel blister. The key retrieval system, the shower screen that adheres while showering, there is no rooming here get rid of the bidet. This is a traditional Sevilla building. Our triple room had air con but no window except a small ventilation window. This could be a bit noisy as it opens into the atrium space where other guests pass to and from their quarters. Limited English. There is no parking place belonging to the hotel, the nearest garage is not far from there, but not cheap either. We had to climb two our room over rather tortuous stairs. nothing. beds tiny bit hard (better than too soft though). It was very basic....but to be honest it was fairly priced and a good budget option. Room smelt of mould. Shower could not be smaller and one of those where shower curtain constantly touches you. Window overlooks common areas. There was only 1 plug in our room. We could not charge our laptop, camera and mobiles. Constant problems with the wifi, but they tried their best to help. It would be good if all the staff are informed about how to fix the internet. The room was small. The staff don't speak English. Size of room, noise, staff doesn't speak English at all (only one did).
