Room, pool, Balinese beds,cooking, staff. Pool and four poster sunbeds. Close proximity to beach. In quiet area. Close to supermarket. Es Canar closeby. Nice walks nearby especially beach walk to Santa Eulalia. It looks really great, nice pool area, big apartments. Nothing...but the stairs to get to the second floor!. Vague address on booking form. Not in centre of Santa Eulalia as believed. No double bed as booked. Cleaner fluffing up beds totally unnecessary. Insufficient utensils in kitchen. No kettle. Cleaner took bed covers away. TV didn't work. Acora didn't respond very well to requests. Bathroom cramped because of washing machine. Upon arrival taps filthy and kitchen sink greasy. Apartment ill equipped to clean yourself. Very expensive drinks at the bar and poor atmosphere.

Please note the property offers beach towels. If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform Ácora Ibiza in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking or contact the property. Key collection takes place in reception from Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 21:00, and Saturday to Sunday, from 10:00 to 20:00. Bed linen, towels are included. Bed linen and towels are changed once a week. Please note that breakfast is not served.
