Featuring well-equipped studios with terraces, Green Park is small complex set within the seaside Golf del Sur Resort in Guincho. It has an outdoor swimming pool and tennis courts, all surrounded by attractive gardens.
Offering views of the pool, each simply decorated studio at Green Park has a fan, a sofa and a flat-screen TV. The kitchenette comes with a microwave, fridge, oven and a toaster. Located on the ground floor, all studios have wheelchair access.
The surrounding resort features a championship 27-hole golf course, as well as shops, bars and restaurants. A shopping centre can be found 2 km away.
Lanzarote Airport is a 15-minute drive away, and Los Cristianos and Playa de las Américas are within 14 km of the complex.

Whilst the place looked a little tired the room was clean and equipped. TV had English channels if you need it. Basically cheap and cheerful if you on a tight budget but good value for the money!.
The staff were particularly efficient, thorough and very friendly.
The atmosphere was very friendly,and the hotel was quiet.

Welcoming staff, friendly atmosphere, particularly from the
Sundowner's Club, location for buses and Taxis. Plane spotters
delight :-).
Great place to relax,drink in the Sundowner Bar,walk down to the Hipadino supermarket along the cliff promonade.

Very good value, manager helpful and polite, apartment clean and fairly well equipped, ( need oven and hairdryer to be great (-: ), overall amazing value for money and thoroughly recommend the complex....
Good value for money, close to airport and nice typical canarians town
(non tourist), just 10min away from busy centre.
Big apartment, quite nice environment, best price in southern Tenerife, not far from popular curorts.
Clean basic apartment but beds needed new mattresses.
Nice swimming pool, good location close to the beach, in a quiet little place, for those who don't like noisy, crowded sprawling resorts like Playa de los Americas, I liked aeroplanes on their landing route just over the roof, but this is a positive only for thrill-seekers :-).
the available staff sorted our room problems straight away . good price but not much happening. although have bad comments it was ok for a base. so would use again hoping lots have been fixed.

Good apartaments for budget money.
Leaving the place after 14 dreadful days no one To complain to as the
manager only turned up the next day and never see him again had to slam
door to shut it as it was warped and annoyed other guests at night, One
swimming pool open but was in need of refurbishment sunbeds were so old
and uncomfortable If you want my honest opinion as I have travelled all
round the world except Australia and that means Africa India Thailand
etc and have never been so disappointed as I was with this holiday, so

Nothing about the complex. Only the location.
The wooden based sofa had poor cushions and missing slats so was really un comfy to sit on and the bathroom door did not close properly, needs planing down to fit the frame. A handy man and new seating cushions could make a big difference here as the furniture was in good tidy order. Right in the inbound flight path so a little noisy at times but knew that before booking and didn't really affect me.
Obviously run-down and neglected appearance, but the Owners are
clearly working hard to improve this, with works ongoing every day we
were there.

This hotel is situated near airport, so you see and hear every landing plane!.

Noise because of planes, but it was not a big problem for us, because we spent a lot of time travelling.
If you are not into golf then there is not much available to do .
no contact with the staff, only cleaning ladies - so we couldn't ask for repairing broken shower, if you want to travel around the island it might be better to chose Las Galletas, with more bus connections to Los Cristianos, which is the main hub for public transport.
apparently the hotel is run by 2 different companies. mine wasnt there at reception when arrived afternoon.didnt leave keys to room so had to wait 20 mins till maintenance man sorted it for us. very friendly. didnt see our man until day before leaving. whole place needs work doing on it from light fittings in reception to room sockets hanging off. which were sorted very quickly by maintenance man. shower holder wouldnt hold shower head still so had to watch out for it dropping off every time.
Complex was fairly empty, not very clean. No atmosphere.
no body clean the apartament during my stay. 6 days ;-{
no soap, dish soap and towels are not changed during the entire stay.
hot water to apartment tepid, showering and washing very uncomfortable.
no plugs in bath, basin or kitchen sink.
bitten to legs and arms after first night in apartment.
Sorry in a rant as I was so upset with the placed I put the negatives
above with the one positive that was leaving.
Apartment 218. No toilet seat, no sink plug, no tea towel. 2nd floor not ground, facing pool as stated on confirmation. Balcony covered in bird poo. Sofa, could feel the wood when sat on. Beds could feel springs.
Sun loungers needed to use two for any kind of support. Left after one night.
