  Hotel staff were excellent especially Miriam in the front bar. Excellent security on front door, only people staying in hotel are allowed access. Young lively hotel. The free concerts are the reason we booked. We got franz Ferdinand with Zane Lowe djing. Can't beat that as an extra to your room.
