Very nice staff - not everybody speaks perfect English, but with basic Spanish - no problem! With 'Sp-english' - no worries at all ! :) While staying 2 nights I could change the room for better the following night. Internet for free in the room. Next to highway, but you cannot hear much. - Friendly staff, great price

The hotel was excellent value for money. We had a little kitchen with fridge so we could prepare our own breakfast. The hotel is outside the main tourist area and the local people are very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed some great food in the area and I would recommend eating a plate of Iberico at the butcher's terrace. We found the St. Katharine B&B Boat accidentally and it turned out to be the perfect accomodation for our week-end trip. Delicious breakfast and a warm and relaxing atmosphere on a lovely and clean boat. Situated not so far from the old town (15 min tube and walk) it's the best mix between adventure and peace you can get in Barcelona. The prices are really fair and Cas, the owner, looks after you as if you were a family member.

we had a room with a balcony it had separate bedroom which had plenty of room nice living area adjoining kitchen and bathroom bath with shower overhead lovely and clean balcony area looked down onto street area and to the left you could see the beach and see which was 2min walk the staff were very helpful and the hotel was within easy walking dist

You can get to Barcelona in 20 minutes by train.
There is hardly any tourists a so Badalona is a typical Spanish city with friendly people. Just be aware that not many of the locals can speak English

This was my second stay at the hotel this year and the hotel provides everything I need. Staff were lovely always very helpful. Hotel is a in walk from the llacuna metro stop and it's about 10mins into las ramblas! The area itself is lovely right on la rambla poblenou which is full of bars and restaurants and leads down to the sea front from there it's a stroll to the Olympic port which has more bar clubs and restaurants we loved our stay and the location. Barcelona Urbany Hostel is very nice place to stay, it has good location, close to the Clot metro, and it's just 1 stop away from Arca de triomf, olso it's just 10-15 min walk to Sagrada de Familia. The gym, swimming pool and Sauna helped us relax after long day of walking and sightseeing. Breakfast was nice, and from terrace at canteen is perfect
