Free use of laptop and access to the internet. Great location. Very helpful and friendly staff. The safety box is excellent and easy to use. - Great room with balcony. Very comfortable, clean, quiet and extremely well serviced each day. Superb breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff.

It was only a 7 minute walk from the train station, centrally located, staff were very friendly and the room was gorgeous. - The rooms are really clean and the personal are very friendly.

I thought the place was fabulous as it consisted of a brand new, low rise building, housing 12 apartments in a beautiful garden full of palm trees, collected from all over the world and all meticulously labled. Just to say we both cannot praise Pablo the manager highly enough as he
was excellent. We traveled to the apt via a car hired from the airport
record go (will not use them again as no satnav available to hire
crazy!) due to this we were unable to fnd our way there and pablo bless
him came out of his way to guide us to the apt. What was even better we
managed to borrow a gps off him as he was so kind and took pitty on us
(left him a bottle of whiskey as a thank you). The location is amazing

We were on 27th floor lovely view of the sea. At night lovely views of the lights of benidorm. Modern apartments with all facilities really comfortable. Reception very helpful. Everywhere spotless. Good sized pool. -

Highly comfortable, nice, large rooms and silent rooms, very clean and the free wi-fi. We also tried the restaurant and it had a very good quality/price ratio. The overall structure is quite new and the staff was really friendly and supportive.
Even if the location is far away from the center, there's metro station near by or you can rent the bikes directly outside of the hotel.

the staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel was situated very well for both the beach and the city centre and had beautiful views out over the hemispheric. The hotel amenities were above average for a 4 star hotel and the pool was a refreshing way to relax after a busy day siteseeing. - Location was ideal for visiting city of Arts and Science

Everything. The Hotel was stunning, contemporary glass and marble. Staff were wonderful. Rooms always cleaned, breakfast fantastic. Never ate int he restaurant or went in pepes bar but looking at the menu i thought it was very reasonable and if it was like the rest of the hotel it would be fantastic. Great location also, 2 mins walk to beach, bars

The rooms were clean an adequate size and they were comfotrable. This hotel in convenient to shopping and the beach and bus stops are right outside the door. - so convenient for science park. Modern clean fresh room with great view. Friendly reception staff. Bus stop directly outside hotel to go into town.

The Hotel was excellent value for money being close to the harbour and offering top quality facilities and comfort. I would definitely stay there again. - Thec room was excellent I booked both customers and staff into the acHotel Alicante and they all commented on the excellent rooms and staff

We needed a relaxing beach holiday in a comfortable hotel but didn't want to have to drive or taxi to restaurants etc. in the evening. This hotel exactly matched our requirements! It is an excellent modern hotel with great rooms and service. We had a superior room with sea view on the 7th floor which had a wonderful view of the Penon and sea front.
