Only 10 min. Taxi drive from airport. The hotel was renovated 2013.
Close to beach, restaurants and shops. We stayed one week (half board)
at end of October 2013, and at this time of the year season ends.
Therefore, we see that there is less queuing everywhere and more quiet
beach life than during summer season. We got very good and prompt

Location is excellent - the beach is a street across and it is 10 mins away from the airport. Facilities are good too - decent sized swimming pool, pool table, gym, spa facilities... Really nice staff, always happy and willing to help. Location can't be better if beach is where you want to go, only 100m or so (and S'Arenal beach was in suberb condition, really suitable for kids also). Also harbour for fishing trips was only 500m away. Dinner buffet cost only 4.5€ and the food was good so plus points for that also. -

Nothing - see below... - The pool was really nice. It had plenty of shade for those hot days. We had a room with a balcony over the pool which was lovely. The hotel bar was good and quite cheap.

Extremely good service from all of the staff. We arrived late in the evening, the restaurant was closed, but they had arranged for us to have a cold meal in the restaurant! We had half-board; the food was really good, fresh and with good variation.

The hotel is in an excellent location beside the main transport centre for trains and buses throughout the city of Palma and to destinations on the island. Staff was really nice and helpful! Please note that the hotel does not have its own parkign garage, you need to use one from their partner hotel. It's about 500m walking distance, ask at the reception, EUR 10,50 per night. The garage next to the hotel at Plaza d'Espana is useful for unloading your car etc. - but it's not as cheap as the official one just mentioned...

A very pleasant atmosphere with friendly staff. We took the half board buffet option and the food was good, well prepared and with a variety of options. The pool we used was extremely clean, large, with free towels, nice happy hour offers from 16:30 to 17:30 and almost always deck chairs to spare - the kids loved it! Wi-fi was £3 per day in room

Probalby the best hotel in Mallorca! It's actually apartments so you
can cook in there (all amenities available) and supermarket Eroski
nearby. Very good value for money if booked in advance and not in the
high season. Extremely clean, good sound isolation of rooms, good
fitness facilities, sauna and indoor pool. We really liked the
animators, quite professional and entertaining (arranged for quiz nights
and local dances). Overall, totally recommended!

Friendly staff, from arrival on reception right down to the cleaners, bar staff including John, a really lovely friendly and attentive to customers. Clean and tidy, beds fantastic No springs or dips and drops....beds made every day ..cleaned rooms and more towels if wanted. Resturant staff, very friendly and polite. Lovely food, and a wide choice

We paid £36 a night for a beautiful studio apartment. It could easily sleep four. Nice balcony. Absolutely amazing value for money. Our friends stayed around the corner at the Hotel Minamar and paid £130 for essentially the same room with a view of the ocean. We def. got the better deal. Checked out on Sunday morning and spent the day on the beach

We were very pleased with Flora apartments, just newly refurbished. We had a pool view apt on the 1st floor, it was a lovely, bright, spacious apt. Kitchen was v well equipped and easy to cook meals in - a brand new electric kettle and toaster, also a microwave Staff were very helpful and friendly. The central location is wonderful , only a few minutes walk to the seafront and lots of very good restaurants and shops etc.
