A perfect retreat with a personel greeting from the hosts, a bottle of their wine, condiments and a baskets of vegetables fom their garden. The views were brillant and the area superb for cycling. It's the personel touch that makes the difference. We loved every minute.

Ca La Maria was one of the best places I have ever stayed at. This is a brand new B&B that is designed with elegant, modern art throughout. The Gothic Quarter, La Rambla, Modernista Barcelona with the Gaudi masterpieces and Joan Miro art, the plazas and markets, Roman ruins, the parks, waterfront and mountains, all very accessible with the excellent metro system and fantastic tourist bus made our 5 day trip one of the most interesting holidays I have ever had. We loved the hotel and it's very helpful, friendly staff!! The hotel
was spotlessly clean (a fetish of mine!) and sits on a hillside with an
