Everything was the best, this was our 4th visit - They had an indoor pool as well as 2 other pools outside. It was also about 1 block from the beach which was awesome. If you stay here then you will be on the German side of the beach. Since I live in Germany, i was looking to "get away" for a lil bit but i guess everything else worked out. It is ab

The hotel was great value, the pool area was very well laid out. The choice of buffet or A La Carte was good and the food in the restaurant at the pool area was very good. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Overall the hotel was pleasant. We would go back but would request a floor above the third level. -

This is a fantastic boutique hotel. We stayed May 2nd-6th 2013. The staff and facilities couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating. The hotel is situated circa 10min drive from the Old Town of Ibiza and is surrounded by orange orchards. This makes it the ideal retreat to chill out or as a point to explore the rest of the island. very friendly and helpful staff - from the reception ladies to the cleaning ladies, everyone gave their best to make us happy;
location is the perfect combination of quiet and city center - u r five minutes from the busy Ibiza town center, but at the same time you are relaxing in a quiet and charming orange garden;

The location was wonderful - we visited just prior to the opening of tourist season, which suited us just fine. The area was very quiet, and everything was close and accessible. We were within 1k of the beach, and walked to the closest town in less than 15 minutes. Bicycles and taxis made everything else we wanted to see a short hop away. The

Location is great (700m to Cala Mondrago), everything in the house is in mint condition, very nice and stylish rooms. Breakfast was fine with homemade pastry (cakes etc.) Good pool so you can even not leave the hotel if you like. Yoga teacher comes to the hotel twice a week (10 Euro for a lesson). Best Mallorca's beaches are nearby or can be easily reached by car.

I have travelled a great deal for business and leisure over the last 20 years and Hotel Sa Bassa stands out as one of the best places I have stayed for relaxation, comfort and good service. The historical hotel buildings themselves are beautiful. Perhaps though the most striking asset the hotel has is its staff. They were all excellent; always helpful, friendly and attentive. It's difficult to give them sufficient praise. Well done Hotel Sa Bassa, we'll certainly be visiting again.

Absolutely fabulous hotel. It was recently renovated, so everything is still new and shiny. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. The rooms (with small kitchens) are very well equipped. There was even a dishwashing machine in my room which I have never seen in any other hotel. My room also had electric window blinds, large flat screen TV with surround sound bar and a subwoofer. The hotel has premium feel with clear Nordic/Swedish design style. Perfect location in central Palma.
