Location (the clean and not so busy beach is in just 3 minutes to go, there are lots of restaurants near the apartments, 2 supermarkets (Lidl and Erosky) and bus station to Palma and Alcudia are close to the aparthotel)

Apparently they have 4 different locations included in the apartments.
The building and apartment I was located was really nice, clean and had
a big balcony. The apartment was cleaned daily. Location is good. About
halfway between the city center and Play de'l Bossa and other
beaches (even closer). Easy to walk either way. No need for buses

Only 10 min. Taxi drive from airport. The hotel was renovated 2013.
Close to beach, restaurants and shops. We stayed one week (half board)
at end of October 2013, and at this time of the year season ends.
Therefore, we see that there is less queuing everywhere and more quiet

The friendly staff were all very welcoming. Diego gave us great recommendations and mapped out top spots in ibiza. The design of this small hotel was very cool with a music theme and Miami retro vibe. Rooms were comfortable and clean and had spa-like minimalist decor, plus cool art. Great design (sort of Ibiza-meets-Miami) and very comfortable. The rooms are huge and fully-equipped.There is a great beach club, with a nice swimming pool and DJs playing excellent music. The staff is extremely nice and helpful, in particular Sara. She gave us advice on what to do and where to go (she is local and knows everybody in the island). We arrived at the hotel at 10pm and were informed that some food was available for us if we wanted to eat. A very good start and as I had to return to the airport to collect the last one in our group we did not get into the hotel until after midnight. Hotel staff and food was A1 3 star hotel with 5 star service. Food was best I have had for this type of Hotel.Although hotel was catered for Germans, we had no problem as most people speak English. Also hotel is within walking distance to beach and shops and local transport was no problem. I would come back again to the same hotel, also if you like to play tennis there was a lot courts in the area and not far from Le Mar Golf course.

Bora Bora Apts are in the best location as long as you are a party goer and are prepared to hear loud banging music all day and night. We loved it and it was ideal for a fun, lively holiday.
