  After missing my transatlantic flight, I booked a room at the Best Western and the staff was so accomodating. The continental breakfast was delicious and it's really close to the airport, with a free shuttle service. This hotel brightened my day and I would recommend it to anyone. - The staff was extremely helpful, the surroundings were peaceful ... τι λέει ο κόσμος » and close enough to the Metro for me to get to Madrid without having to be in the heart of the hustle and bustle. It was extrememly clean and quiet. The staff were very helpful to us as foreign travelers. When we asked for directions to the airport, the driver of their shuttle invited us to follow him, so we had a direct escort back to our rental car return.

  It was close to the metro and the IFEMA Convention Center where I was attending a meeting. The staff were friendly and the price very good compared to other options available in Madrid. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who has similar requirements as I did. - Excellent and most helpful staff at all levels.
