  Spotlessly clean everywhere. Very friendly staff. Wide choice of food at breakfast and dinner buffets. Excellent location right on Playa de los Pocillos - easily the best beach on the island. - We enjoyed every part of our stay at Hotel Las Costas and will defenitly be going again.

  Everything!! We stayed in a three bed villa, it was gorgeous!! The interior design was lovely and the villa inside and out was spotless. It had a real home from home feel, in fact I wouldn't mind living in one myself!! The staff were really friendly and polite, and the reception staff were brilliant before and during our stay.   Great location, the buffets for both breakfast and dinner are fine. The pool area is also a very attractive feature of this place. The room itself was practical and had airco, we didn't experience noise from the neighbors. I woud like to express my sympathy for the reception workers.   The bungalows were spacious, clean and in a quiet setting a few hundred metres back from the main promenade of Puerto del Carmen. Self catering kitchenette was adequately equipped. The pool loungers were very comfortable, pool area very clean and blissfully peacefull- no kids.
