The bungalows were spacious, clean and in a quiet setting a few hundred
metres back from the main promenade of Puerto del Carmen. Self catering
kitchenette was adequately equipped. I think we were a little spoilt
with an upstairs unit giving us a sea view and a private patio, on which

We enjoyed the peaceful independent side of the bungalows,although the
single beds were very hard.It was a good relaxing holiday and quiet

Having stayed before,i was familiar with the barcarola,but was surprised there was no air conditioning and pool was very cold.i asked at reception about the pool but told it was due to the wind that it was cold.the first week it was too cold to use pool. perhaps when weather is breezy and cool it may be the time to heat it to a comfortable level.

The location was excellent, we could not have had better. The grounds of the complex and pool area was very well kept and a nice environment to be in. The apartment was very comfortable, very clean with an excellent view of the sea. Overall the perfect place to stay.

The hotel was great. We went all inclusive and the food was lovely. The hotel is about a 15 minute walk to the party strip or 4 euro in a taxi which was great if you want to relax away from the noise etc. the hotel was clean and of a great standard for the money you pay. -

The location is perfect — close to the beach, close to the airport, not far from the bars and restaurants but at the same time not in a noisy area. The staff is friendly. The territory is nice and the pool is clean. The appartment is big, the kitchen has all the cutlery and dishes. There is a TV with channels that broadcast movies and TV shows in

Nice staff at reception, fluently speaks english, german. Very close to supermarket and see. Not so close to loudly part of Puerto del Carmen, so it is perfect place for families with small children and elderly people.Perfect cleanliness in room. Good cleaning staff.

The hotel is great value for money. The apartments are larger than others I have stayed in the same area. We had an amazing view of the sea from our room, which was spotless. There are 2 pools, the smaller one is nice and quiet so we always went to this one. The pool and surrounding areas are kept spotless and there are nice comfy cushions for the

Lady on reception was very friendly and helpful.
Bar staff were great, Marcelo & Jaen were very welcoming and were great entertainment.
Domingo runs the restaurant, he is a fine chef and I would recommend you try the restaurant during your stay.
Poolside is covered by a super nice guy Cecilio. More than a lifeguard, he would entertain and teach the kids card tricks and give the adults fitness tuition. Always one to hold an interesting conversation with.
