We have two troubles fixed quickly. We didn´t like our room and they changed it the following day. I left a piece of clothing in the previous room, and they found it and give it back to me. -
the helpfullness of staff especialy the reception( the gentleman who was there most of the time} ic execellent

The staff was excellent! Both the people working at the reception, and those in the hotels restaurant. Delicious fish food was served for dinner at the buffet dinner several evenings when I stayed there. Also a big honour to the cleaners! I'll be back...

I like the fact that the staff are very professional, responding well
and spontaneously to any requirements you have. I also like the constant
house-keeping you get throughout the week. Most apartments come with a
lovely balcony, modern lounge with a flat screen tv and other general
mods & cons you may require. All the above make for a cosy Ho

Everything. Always a smile and greeting from reception staff. Mike in the bar very friendly though his hours are a bit short. 10.00 to 19.00. Breakfast good but I was up early most mornings and had to go elsewhere. Will be back. Have stayed in maybe 30 hotels in Playa D I ranging from 2 to 5 star and can honestly say Walkerias offers the best value for money.

Very clean apartment with extra large balcony overlooking the pool.The apartment was very very clean. Towels changed every three days/sheets once a week/apartment cleaned 5 times a week. Camelias is on the main road through P/D/I[Av de Tirajana] so there is some traffic noise but that didn't bother me. I did ask for an apartment on a higher floor

Convenient location close to the Yumbo Centre, with nice sunny pool. Apartment has basic but adequate facilities, but very good bathroom and lovely large balcony. Kept nice and clean

I loved the location,it was ideal for us; a gay 50yr old man, me (single
woman, 42) and my son (19yr old drinking/clubbing fiend). You can
exit the bungalows and turn left to get to the nearest fishing village
or, turn right to get to Maspalomas dunes & Playa del Ingles.. All
within what I'd call an easy walking distance...and the

I found the apartments to be just what I wanted and really had the most fantastic and relaxing time there. They were quiet and peaceful with plenty of space around the pool which was clean and tidy. No footballs or lilos in the pool were allowed!!

Extremely quiet place with perfect location next to Playa del Ingles beach. Staff excellent, apartments spotless - we asked for apartment with nice view and got apartment 12 with kitchen window and side of balcony overlooking the sea! The complex was full during our stay yet the pool area was completely empty for us to use. Apartment very well equipped for the price and fresh bread rolls were provided every morning!

Complex was very secure, apartments were spotless clean and the staff were very helpful. Pool was clean and there were plenty of sun loungers, showers also available at the pool. location was excellent right beside the beach and all the nightlife on your doorstep, would return to this complex, great value. -

Perfect location - beach, shops and nightlife just couples of minutes away. I had nice room on the 6th floor with huge corner balcony. Simple,clean and nice - all you need for beach holiday. I am sure I will choose exactly the same hotel next time, will not look for something different. Highly recommend.
