  The garden and design of swimming-pool. - Public bus from Palma stops at the hotel. The location by the nature reserve and the sea is very good. The staff are very friendly and skilled at languages. Very convenient hire of bicycles in the hotel itself.

  The Hotel is located in the Playa de Muro, next to bus station and it's very convenient to get here from Palma - sus 351 goes from Palma bus/train station every 30 minutes. The Hotel is very big and have several buildings and swimming pools. The restaurant is in the central building. Wifi is free in the lobby but it's almost impossible to connect to it, but i would recommend to purchase wifi in the room for 15 euro for one week - Resting in the middle of September. Loved the location in Playa de Muro and proximity to the beach; the beach without the crowds; a good hotel territory - 3 swimming pools, always enough deck chairs in the room; work and attitude of the staff is great, the food is delicious and varied. We were looking for a quiet, respectable hotel, near the sea, without noisy parties is for this hotel.   I can not fault the bluebay resort. Staff where so helpful. Location was fantastic with the beach across the road and can picafort a 5 minute walk away. The food was excellent and plenty of entertainment in the evening for adults and kids - The bungalow gives you independence and a place to relax with your family.   We had a short stay at the Amapola and could not have wished for anything more. The location was beautiful with the lake to the rear and the beach 5 minutes away. The staff were all so friendly and helpful nothing was too much trouble. The food was excellent with a great choice and always fresh. Rooms clean and comfortable.   The hotel, room, facilites and staff were all apsolutely excellent, wewill definately return. Some of the guest reviews on the website werenot fair as the hotel was brand new refurbished for this year andobviously early on in the season a few teething troubles were found.
