The receptionist when we checked in was very friendly and helpful, the room was comfortable and the bathroom was good for the money. The location was excellent, a five minute walk from the city centre. Also, the 24 hour reception was very convenient. We really enjoyed our stay.

Staff were excellent and so attentive, despite speaking limited English they were always willing to help - ie giving directions, extra pillows etc.
Room was minimal but perfect for the price - had a comfy double bed in a private room that was quiet and had an AC which is all we were after!

I had booked two individual nights, and could easily swop them for the same room, and the very kind lady at reception just charged me very little extra for the more expensive 2nd room. I had a terrace, it was quite (except the bus) I loved looked TV in the lounge (Eurovision) with other quests. I loved it is really near the stations. I highly recommend it!

The staff were particularly helpful and friendly. Everything I asked for and about was immediately and willingly dealt with - it was lovely to arrive late at night and be greeted with a smile! Great hotel, right in the middle of lots of nightlife and attractions. Lovely room with a view over the street, but also quiet at night - excellent nights sleep. All three members of the reception staff were extremely friendly & helpful. Our room was lovely with a small balcony & large window that opened looking out onto the street below. Also, the bathroom was great. Initially, the room was very warm, but on mentioning this fact to reception, it was immediately rectified & the air on switched on for our return.

Everything - the hotel was small but very friendly the rooms were clean, fresh fruit and water were free of charge.
