Set 10 minutes’ walk from Puerta del Sol, La Posada de Huertas features a 24-hour reception and dorms with air conditioning. It offers a free breakfast and free use of its computers with internet access.
Each simply decorated dorm at La Posada de Huertas has heating, lockers and access to a shared bathroom. Towels are available at an additional cost.
The bed and breakfast features a communal kitchen and serves a free paella every Saturday. Cafés, bars and restaurants can be found in Puerta del Sol and in the streets surrounding the property.
The famous Prado, Reina Sofía and Thyssen-Bornemisza museums are within 15 minutes’ walk of the Posada de Huertas. Anton Martin Metro Station is 200 metres away, while Atocha Railway Station can be reached in 10 minutes by foot.

the design of the key, this hostel use something like a watch as a key to the door and the locker,it´s very great! the staff are friendly and nice. the location is great.
Nice rooms. Cool, modern keys. Good wifi. Lots of activities offered
by the hostel. Good facilities. Very walkable to Plaza Mayor and
Puerta del Sol.

The staff were great. Ideal location, everything I needed was provided for, free paella, value for money, and comfortable bed.
I loved the clean rooms.. It was amazing to get such a good hostel at such a low cost. Definitely recommend!.

Location and room.
the breakfast doesnt have a lot of choice and the wifi is not available in your room, that was a little bit unconvenient.
The hostel hosted nightlife events every night in the hostel, which was
not good for people who wanted to sleep.
The shower was cold.
The rooms are a bit loud and you can hear everything in the courtyard. But I didn't mind it.
the internet was only available in common areas normally in the summer this is ok.. but these areas have no insulation from the elements in the winter. Room was cold as heck.
I guess there was party like some thing. A lot of teenager get around whole the building. And I couldn't sleep well cuz of noise they made.
Even if the location was ok, the living environment was very terrible. Firstly, it was very noisy at night. My roomates and me had very poor quality of sleep. Secondly, my roomate from USA thought the staff was rude and lack of patience when he asked stuff questions.In conclusion, it could be the most terrible hostel I had ever seen.
