  The location was great and easy to find at 3 in the morning. However the best thing about the hotel was its extremely welcoming, hospitable and helpful english speaking staff.   Exellent location. Exellent reception staff - thay helped us in everything. Everything is exellent exept one - windowns are locked so if you like fresh night ang mourning air you'll be failed. - Nice large room in a good location, beautifully decorated and very professional staff.   After some problems with our train, we got at the hotel very late at night, and even so we were very well received. It was a great feeling going into the room after such a tiring day. We had lovely days in Zaragoza, especially because of the great location of the hotel. The staff was also very friendly and gave us good tips of what to visit and where to hire nice bikes for a reasona - Staff was very attentive when we discovered after departing to Barcelona we had left something in the room safe. They worked seamlessly to get it to us by courier & everything including passports were delivered! The breakfast was extensive in the Sunday morning we ate it. The pool was a wonderful way to spend some time relaxing after a day of travel. A very comfortable room & luxurious bath. Again, we thank the staff for their conscientious help in securing our left items.

  The only problem we encountered was marked difficulty getting to the hotel by car. We drove around for almost two hours until a couple got in the car and using the GPS on their phone, found a route. Otherwise, the hotel could not have been better. If travelling by car it is a must to book the hotel's car park. Check-out by midday but ok to leave car much longer and simply collect when ready to depart.
