It was a great location, very clean, the staff where very helpful, the lift was good to have, there were drinks available to buy at low rates but no other services that are common in hotels. Overall, would stay there again, the value for money was fine for me.

I dont remember his name but the gentleman who was on duty at front desk on March 4th 2008 has excellent customer service skills and should be commended for this. Brilliant location - right in front of the train station, direct to Barajas, at the same time close to all sightseeing, easy walkable distance and away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist places. Our room was overlooking the Royal Palace. Beds are comfortable enough, very nice décor in the room, big bathroom. Fantastic value for money -

from the time we got there they made us feel like home, everybody was extremely nice and polite with us. The Hotel was bright and vibrant and the staff were always friendly and helpful. The room itself was a good size and was comfortable with plenty of storage space. The Shower had plenty of hot water and good pressure. Breakfast was not quite a full English but good by European standards. Location was super for direct transfers from the airport on the C1 train (2.50€) then less than 5 minutes walk. Location also excellent for Old City and you can catch a train direct to Atocha station (1.60€),

It's not a hotel in conventional way. I like the ambience and all the elegant deco with a home style. Quite and lots of privacy in good location like this is really extrodinary.
Very friendly staff provided good help on the train schedule and wifi in short/late time.
We met the hostress when leaving at the door and she was a nice lady!
Unique experience and strongly recommend to those people interested in culture.
