Quality of room and excellant views - A wonderful luxurious hotel situated on a hill just outside barcelona. The view was breathtaking and so were the rooms. Although we booked the least expensive category we got a fantastic room: spacious, extra extra large bed (v.comfy), big windows, enourmous bathroom with lots of nice toaletries. The staff were

We loved our stay at this Hotel Palace! Perfect, professional and very polite and helping staff. We had a wonderful room with a balcony and good view (standard). The Hotel is beautiful,but there were very few large bath towels, no
small wash clothes and no extra pillows. Also we checked in at 10:00 am
and left our bags since our mini suites were not ready. We gave our
passport copies, our credit cards and all info, but when we came back at
5 pm from sightseeing,our bags were still not brought to our rooms. We
were 3 couples and were exhausted. They said they needed another
signature before they could put the bags in the rooms. It was ridiculous

fantastic location..........everyone was so helpful and nice. Room was in an excellent location, on side street......could not hear any noise through windows...would stay there again..... - proximity to everything .also it had lots of nice extra tuches e.g Good toiletries,well serviced rooms, friendly staff

The staff are top-notch. Very few luxury hotels are able to balance friendliness with efficiency like Hotel Bagues. It's a rare gift to offer the experience they do for guests. The ambiance of the hotel is fantastic, too, and despite being on the La Rambla - with a room overlooking it - at night we could only hear the faintest of sounds. Luxuriously decorated, but cosy, the entire hotel is a really lovely experience.
