the hotel room was very clean and comfortable. there was no water heater for tea but this was immediately provided by the front desk staff. metro is only 5 minutes walk away. very quiet area. the air condition in the room is very efficient making for a welcome space from hot days. -

Walking distance to main places of interest in the center. Decor was extravagent pseudo Baroque but a pleasant change from the usual bland modern hotel. Booked this hotel for our wedding anniversary & it didn't disappoint. The staff were amazing making excellent restaurant recommendations with directions & reservations all taken care of as well as providing useful info & tips on the area.
We were able to check in early and were very impressed with the room. Spotlessly clean, spacious and the best shower I've used in a hotel! No outside noise at all & dark curtains meant a good sleep every night.
Location was barely a 5 min

Excellent location (close to some attractions, metro station Diagonal practically in front of the Hotel), friendly staff, clean room. We stayed 4 days and were quit satisfied. I would recommend this Hotel to the others. Before my trip, I thought, La Rambla should be more attractive location for staying, but now I would for sure prefer Passeig de Gracia. So, it seems, I made right decision.
