Overall, we had a great vacation and we enjoyed our stay at Castro . the staff were fantastic and went out of their way to offer help and answer our questions, perfect place for families, the location is perfect near two metro stations, we loved it and I recommend this for families. -

Excellent-location, spacious, clean, good-view, simple, quiet, perfect for family stay, Sagrada-familia just 5-10 minutes walk, metro station, supermarket, bakery a few minutes, highly recomended for group and family stay. -
The location was awesome, the views were amazing. The beds were comfy and the apartment was spotless.

Good location. Friendly owners. Nice design. Big balcony where you can sit with your friends or family members and look at the street throught the big windows. There are some good coffees near the hotel, 100 metres, where you can have a breakfast and dinneer. Nice places. -

1) Wonderful staff - Alex was great but George was amazing - both really helpful and kind. Anything in their porwer will be done for your convenince stay.
2) Hostel description states that there are no hairdriers, but there actually is. Also, if you need George would bring you an iron. - something other places would normally charge for.

A really small business with only about 8 rooms. Really friendly staff, very welcoming and explained everything when we got there. The room was very clean, modern and comfortable. The room had double glazed doors so there was hardly any street noise and the building itself is gorgeous! It's walking distance to La Sagrada Familia and just about walking distance to Las Ramblas and then onto the beach. It's also very close to Tetuan metro stop. Very friendly and helpful host, he will give you a city map and give you advices when you first arrived. There is no ensuite room but shared toilet is very clean, and there are 2 toilets in each floor so you may not even have to share with anyone else. There is hair dryer as well.

Great apartment in a very convenient location. We stayed in the penthouse/terrace and found it to be very modern and nicely fitted out, the furniture was also very comfortable and it was very clean. Our son stayed on the sofa bed - it was huge and of very good quality. It felt as though it was a proper bed.

The location of the apartment is great. The metro station of sant pay/ dos de maige is just across the street. The apartment is also near the gaudi avenue which is technically close to the sagrada familia. The building is also near various restaurants, and groceries that give guests a lot of choices for their meals.
The receptionist who greeted us was so kind. She explained to us the apartment thoroughly and introduced the vicinity to us, pointing out the various tourist location in the area.

EddyRooms has an ideal position to visit all main monuments on foot. Really close to Plaza Catallunya (10mins) and the beach as well (25mins).
EddyRooms gives a 'family' feel as it's a huge flat turned into an accommodation. It has 2 bathrooms and about 7-8 rooms. All immaculately clean and looked after. There is a fridge the the guests can use a

Charming old building very well maintained. Beautiful interior made you feel like you were paying a visit to a time long ago.Beautiful floor to cieling windows at least twelve feet tall in the breakfast room allowed you to see a large part of the city. The antique elevator adds great charm, since the cielings are so tall its a long climb up or down the stairs so the elevator is apprteciated and fun to ride. - Great location, close to 2 underground stations, Tetuan and Passeig de Gracia. We walked about 20 mins to Sagrada Familia and about the same time from Placa de Catalunya (where we got the bus to the airport)

Overall a great place to stay. It is only a 15 minute walk from Las Ramblas and many other major atttractions, but is in a nice quiet location. It is also only a few minutes walk to the nearest Metro stations, which provide easy access across Barcelona. The room was fairly small, but was well decorated; was lovely and clean; and was quiet. It also had a nice balcony. The staff were friendly and helpful and offered good sightseeing tips.

The hostal is a very nice apartment (or two joint apartments) on the 3rd floor of a beautiful modernist house, with these old-style elements like shutters, tiled floor, wicker sofa, and separate taps for cold and hot water, and our room had a beautiful little balcony with forged railings.

The entire hostal has great design features and the owners knew what vintage furniture pieces to ad in order to preserve its wonderful architecture. I especially loved the strained-glass windows and the original tiles in all rooms. My room was spaceous, with a great street view from the small balcony. The location is perfect: 5 minutes walk to Paseig de Gracia and another 5 minutes to Placa de Catalunya (also, metro stations and bus stations are very close). The owners are really nice and ready

BcnStop is a centrally located decent compact accomodation probably less than 10 minutes walk down to the Sagrada Familia Cathedral. The neighbourhood is rather safe and pleasant. That said, one should never let their guard down wherever they are and however safe the area seems. Just round the corner, one can find plenty of good eateries at Avenid

perfectly located cheap hotel with underground garage in the centre of Barcelona and only 700? meters from sagrada Familia, lot´s of shops, restaurants and bars next to the hotel.
