Staff were very friendly and helpful, free wifi in the lobby was useful. We didn't have breakfast in the hotel as there were a lot of cafes around to sit outside. We had chosen a double room as the preferred option but we were offered a twin as it would be bigger with a better view so we took it.

Excellent value...Very friendly, accommodating and bilingual staff...Just a couple of blocks from two different metro lines...Spacious rooms, large and comfortable beds...Good restaurants nearby and a small grocery store with very nice prices right next door.

Excellent location (close to some attractions, metro station Diagonal practically in front of the Hotel), friendly staff, clean room. We stayed 4 days and were quit satisfied. I would recommend this Hotel to the others. Before my trip, I thought, La Rambla should be more attractive location for staying, but now I would for sure prefer Passeig de Gracia. So, it seems, I made right decision.

Just an ideal location, 5 minutes away from the main walking area of the city (Ramblas, Barri Gothic), and connected to almost every location of the city with a direct metro line having the metro station just a few steps away from the hotel entrance! Walking distance to main places of interest in the center. Decor was extravagent pseudo Baroque but a pleasant change from the usual bland modern hotel. This hotel is among the best hotels we visited.! Honestly there was nothing wrong with it. Upon arrival we were faced with a lovely smiling receptionist, the design of the hotel is amazing! A 3* hotel worth for 4* at least! The room was sparkling clean everyday, comfortable bed, ac with cold and hot air flow, young and really helpful and friendly staff. This hotel is in the heart of the city and honestly you pay less but get much more for what you paid! Excellent! Would definitelly go back to B

As we arrived to the hotel the people were really very helpful and friendly.
