The Hotel was just like the reviews we´d read. It was clean, comfortable, quiet and staff friendly and helpful. Being so close to the Metro meant travelling into the center of Madrid was easy. Location was convenient for our purposes. Parking in the underground area turned out actually to be convenient for car access since it was a simple elevator ride from our floor to the car. The reception staff were friendly and knew enough English to help us. Comfortable. Quiet for being in the city - no sirens, horns and little traffic noise. -

It was a pleasant place for the budget and it is located in place where it is easier to access all forms of public transport. Very impressed with cleaning and making of beds everyday. -

The architecture, decor, imaginative aesthetic were fabulous. The staff were courteous and helpful. The owner, in particular, was welcoming and charming--he has a real vision. - The location was paramount, just around the corner from our daughter's address.

Kept clean every day. The cleaning lady also does the dishes.
Close by a metro station and a supermarket.

First of all the price is very competitive compare to other 3 stars
hotel. The location is very near gran via street. So for you who like to
shop this is the perfect hotel. Another plus of the hotel is the
location very near metro station (forgot the name of the station) just 2
minutes walk. So you can go everywhere easily.
