The Hotel was just like the reviews we´d read. It was clean, comfortable, quiet and staff friendly and helpful. Being so close to the Metro meant travelling into the center of Madrid was easy. Well kept and clean - Very convenient location - 3-5 minutes walk from the metro, 7-10 minutes walk to Gran Via, several El Corte Ingles shops were located around. The architecture, decor, imaginative aesthetic were fabulous. The staff were courteous and helpful. The owner, in particular, was welcoming and charming--he has a real vision. - The location was paramount, just around the corner from our daughter's address.

Kept clean every day. The cleaning lady also does the dishes.
Close by a metro station and a supermarket.

good location close to metro station and constant wifi connection. The kitchenette was also handy.

First of all the price is very competitive compare to other 3 stars
hotel. The location is very near gran via street. So for you who like to
shop this is the perfect hotel. Another plus of the hotel is the
location very near metro station (forgot the name of the station) just 2
minutes walk. So you can go everywhere easily.

This hotel was a great value for the money. It was clean, refurbished, friendly staff, centrally located, gay-friendly, etc. Particularly liked the free Internet and computer in the room itself. Σε κεντρικό σημείο μεν αλλά πάρα πολύς θόρυβος στον 4ο όροφο που εβλεπε προς την Gran Via - I loved the location, modern plumbing and lighting fixtures, and very accomodating staff. The bed was very comfortable also. We would stay there again in the future. - Location (Area of City)

Πολύ ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό - Friendly staff, silence and safety. - very clean, every day changing sheets and making up the bed. the bathroom was in perfect condition. very high maintenance. there is a guard all day and night - high safty.

I liked that this hostel is located straight in the very heart of
Madrid, it is not very expensive, the scinery out of the window is very
beautifull on the buildings of the city, personally I like it. The
rooms are cleaned every day, the stuff is very friendly .There is a
central heating and it was warm in february. You can buy water inside.

The hotel is situated in the centre of Madrid, so for who’s interested
to spend some days in the city the hotel is perfect. The staff is
extremely polite and helpful, so I was there with my 6 months old
daughter and during day and night they helped me when I needed to heat
milk, etc…
