Spacious. Kitchen modern and complete regarding all our needs--- came with clean and complete dining set, cookware, etc. Microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, water pot, toaster stove all worked great. Everything was good, location is exellent (on the main street of Barcelona), balcony is a great plus. Somebody said that it is a too much noise from the street, but if you close all the windows - there is no noise.
If I will be in barcelona next time, i will stay in this appartment.

Very quiet and comfy room, only 2 minutes from the Metro station "Barceloneta" and also from the south entrance to the Barrio Gotico.
Great breakfast and very attentive reception staff!
Will be back for the next trip. -

Very friendly and responsive staff, great location just off the Ramblas, cash machine outside the door, balcony as promised - a very small one, but this is typical Barcelona style, it was good enough for 2 people to sit and enjoy some cava + jamon serrano in the wee hours... Location is great, just off the Ramblas between Liceu Opera House and the Boqueria Market with a metro stop (line 3) 1 minutes walk from the front door. Close to the Gothic Quarter, lots of eating places and shops. A great bakery a couple of doors down.
Staff were friendly and helpful. Simple room (single bed with shower) but clean and quiet. Room facilities including a hair dryer and air con/heating unit which worked. Computer in common room with free wi-fi.
Would stay here again.

Absolutely everything!! The location is as good as it gets folks!!
A leisurely 10 min walk to la barceloneta beach area and a meandering 5/10 mins into a cavernous shopping district with distinctive boutiques and wonderful historical monuments to feast one's eyes on. Ths apt had everything and was in my opinion better than staying in a 5 class hot

The flat was perfect for 3-4 people, the location was right the middle of all the popular places, next to barri gothic, beach, and la ramblas. The flat came with most of the utilities except for a kettle but they provide a saucepan anyway. Flat takes slightly longer to get warm, and comes with a balcony fog smokers. Quite perfect in my opinion.

Very friendly helpful and relaxed staff that were accommodating and flexible - excellent location and the swimming pool was a great bonus on sticky hot days in Barcelona. The apartment was well equipped. -
The apartament is in the center of the city near Placa Reial. It is clean. One room is quiet but one is rather noisy.

Excellent Facilities in the apartment and very comfy, Air Con was
brilliant and so was the Wi Fi service, staff were very helpful. Very

the centre near La Rambla was about 15 minutes or 5 minutes on the Metro
service, the station is almost next door to the apartment so very handy.

When we checked in, after a 7 day cruise with Royal Caribbean Cruises,
we met with Sandra Tena a few streets down from the actual apartment.
She was very nice and helpful and gave advise where ever she could
regarding shopping, dining, etc. We have done many trips to bcn and the
location in Eixample is great with many shops and restaurants. If you
like pizza, go where the locals go, there is a pizza place on the same
street of c/ Villaroel 101, called La Bella Napoli. In overall, our

Décor was modern in design (Ikea) and apartment was spotlessly clean. Everything you might need for cooking/eating was in the apartment. Air conditioning worked well! Location was excellent, literally one minute walk to Liceu Metro stop. Surrounded by restaurants, cafes and bars on Lam Ramblas, but step further afield and less touristy venues

The location was the best as we cannot ask for a better location than being in las ramblas..we got around every where S we were in the best location.at the same time there was no sound disturbance in the bedroom.the apartment was very clean and the facilities were very good which made our stay very pleasant..

η τοποθεσία του - The staff were really helpfull and friendly the room was spotless and had all amenities needed. It was really central and for €400 for five nights it was a steal!! - Very large bed!!!Chose the luxury apartment definitely worth the 10 euros extra! Very nice room!Would definitely go again!
