Everything was fine -- it was very clean and pleasant. - free minibar with fair selection of drinks (water, cola, fanta, beer) replaced every day with new bottles, location - close to the metro station Avda de America, from where several lines can take you everywhere, cleanness

We really enjoyed our stay and everything was beyond expectation. Perfect position for seeing everything Madrid has to offer. Wonderful, friendly, helpful staff - either well trained or the hotel is very lucky! We will definitely return to Madrid and the Radisson Blu will be our first choice of accommodation. Τοποθεσία ξενοδοχείου - The clerk is very friendly and reliable. The security system is also perfect. I strongly recommend this hotel for the upper level persons. - Staff was very helpful. Rooms were a little small, but nice full bathroom and great water pressure

The hotel was very clean and the staff friendly. We went for a delux room on a special offer they had that included breakfast. The breakfast was available till 11.00am and had pleanty to offer every taste and requirement. The hotel Spa was really good although you do have to wear a swimming hat in the pool. It was central in Madrid- within walking distance of many of the main tourist sites .But the best thing about the hotel was the staff. They were so friendly and helpful at all times. By means of public transport everything can be reached easily. Big room with huge beds and a large balcony. The hotel staff is very friendly, helpful to all your requests (even after paying the hotel bill). The buffet breakfast is very good, you can have whatever you want. The waiters are exceptionally nice.
