This is such a fabulous place, edgy, in the city and close to everything. Jessica is an amazing hostess and her staff are wonderful, nothing was too much trouble. We loved it and Barcelona so much we cut our trip in Nice short so as to spend another 4 nights there.

The location was key, five minutes from the main square. Bedroom was fine, and the lounge and dining room was excellent for chilling out. We enjoyed the juxtaposition of the historic building and painted
ceilings against the modern decor. The staff was very helpful in giving
us restaurant recommendations and directions to the sites. The
breakfasts were delicious and diverse (instead of the bread and coffee
most B&Bs serve). It was extremely clean and very intimate given
there are only 7 rooms. We ate breakfast on the private patio every
morning where we enjoyed architecture hidden from passersby on the

My wife and I stayed in this new small Hotel (six rooms) last week and loved it. Staff was so kind, friendly and helpful. From the moment we walked in, the stay was perfect. Mirly and his team made us feel really welcome in this beautiful small Hotel, decorated with great taste and in a perfect location. Plenty of space in the larger apartment and the luxury of air con. Apartment was also clean/modern and right next to Rocafort metro station. Plenty of cafes nearby for breakfast / coffee and small 24 hour shops for supplies. -
