The location was fantastic. The rooms were very clean and spacious. - Even though I was warned of possible rennovation disturbance I heard/saw nothing! But then again you don't really expect to when you're only using the hotel as a place to rest your head after spending all day exploring the city. The rooms were beautifully decorated and I'm sure

1- The service was amazing and as being a boutique hotel they pay attention to guests request.
2- Perfect location, walking distance from all the main areas.

The location was superb for our holiday purposes. Placa Reial was a great buzzy place to be, but yet the double glazing ensured a good night's sleep in our rooms which overlooked it.
The staff were excellent: helpful, knowledgeable, friendly. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble for them.
We loved the included minibar and breakfast, and the fruits etc provided fresh every day.

The apartments are located right off the Ramblas and very close to the
Liceu metro station, making exploring the Gothic Quarter and other areas

Location, Location, Location. Bcn House apartments are seconds away
from the centre of la Rambla, minutes away from the metro, cathederal,
market, numerous museums. The beach and harbour were just a stroll
away. Do try the Bengal Spicey indian restaurant in the next street up
(Carrier de Sant Pau) Also recommended is the Cellar de Tapas on
passeig de Joan de borbo (as you head to the beach from barceloneta
metro station)

The location is superb, just off La Ramblas. The hotel staff were excellent, very friendly and able to answer any questions we had. The rooms are simple but spotlessly clean. We were at the front of the hotel, so we had a small balcony overlooking the street. There is a lift, essential for people like me who have difficulty with stairs.

Hotel Condal is located in the heart of the La Rambla. It is so convenient to walk 30m and then to enter the La Rambla. The many restaurants, shops and attractions in close proximity of the hotel is a bonus. The reception of the hotel is very helpful, knowledgeable,efficient and available 24hr. This review related to the apartment at Hospital 24. Location excellent, 30 seconds to Las Ramblas and Liceu metro but apartment itself very quiet with pleasant secluded balcony.
