The receptionist was friendly and very helpful. We were there for a special ocassion and were given a room on the top floor with agreat view of the city. The location was central and within walking distance to all the places of interest. - Friendly and helpful staff in the hotel who have a good knowledge of Madrid. Breakfast buffet is superb and the breakfast room staff are friendly and efficient. this is the second time that we have stayed in the hotel. great!
