  The location is great, relaly close to the bus station and the city centre. the staff is welcoming. they help a lot when you ask a question. It is clean and cosy, reflects a real Parisian style.   The room was clean and pleasant. It had a comfortable bed and a sink, and there was a toilet / shower room next door to the bedroom, which was also very clean. They had a washing machine available for use and a roof terrace to dry clothes. The location is absolutely excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful.   Hotel recently decorated which gave all areas and our room a very fresh and new feel. Air conditionning in the room. Very tastefully decorated and scented - scented candles burning in reception and one in our room. Very helpful reception staff who talked us through good places to eat, drink and visit. The booking had been made one month ago and we had received full confirmation of our booking, so thi - The breakfast buffet was 5 Euros and there was a different choice of coffee, cereal, yoghurt, bread, meat and cheese. The room was large and clean with high ceilings and the wifi signal was strong. A woman at the front desk was very helpful and voluntarily gave us a lot of information about the history of the city, what to do and what to see. She was great. The location was good, too. It's within walking distance to both Alcazar and Seville Cathedral.

  Staff in the reception was very friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was really nice and staff allways provided us with a bottle of water before leaving the hotel. The location of the hotel is great, just 5 minutes walk from the Cathedral and Alcazar. The room was spacious and the bathroom was huge. The decoration of the hotel is very elegant ... τι λέει ο κόσμος » and tasty. This is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed. It is strongly recommended. - All in all a fine hotel but nothing extraordinary except very helpful staff. Location was good but very hard to find. Thanks to the review of a previous guest we mentioned the name Plaza Santa Cruz to the taxi driver which we took after we parked our car at a far away and very expensive public parking. Breakfast was so so, not even eggs or fresh juıce.

  It was beautiful. And the rooms were absolutely spotless. Modern bathroom. My 6 year old daughter said it looked like paradise when we walked in! - Great location near the old city in Seville. The hotel has a ambience and the staff we really helpful. Great value-for-money.
