It's located in the absolute centre of Madrid on the Grand Via which is the main road in the city. It's a small hostel on the 5th floor of a large building. Room and bathroom where quite spacious and clean, there was not a lot of noice during the night and because the owner locks down the door of the hostel it's safe as well. Staff is very friendly

Friendly atmosphere , clean , in the middle of the living area, close to all public services , on the most lively street in madrid ... So many resturant and markets nearby

This family-run guest house is located opposite the pretty Sabatini Gardens next to Madrid’s Royal Palace and Cathedral. It offers cosy rooms, some with views of the palace, and a 24-hour reception.

The staff were so friendly, particularly Anna. We didn't realise it was more of a backpackers' hostel than a hotel, but as it was only two nights, it didn't matter. Anna was very helpful and the hostel's location could not be bettered. - good room, friendly staff, localization.

It's not a hotel in conventional way. I like the ambience and all the elegant deco with a home style. Quite and lots of privacy in good location like this is really extrodinary.
Very friendly staff provided good help on the train schedule and wifi in short/late time.
We met the hostress when leaving at the door and she was a nice lady!
Unique experience and strongly recommend to those people interested in culture.

The location was excellent and the hostal was really easy to find. We arrived before the check-in time and were given access to our rooms which was great. I liked the location of the hotel as it was in the middle of Gran Via, opposite Callao Metro and approx. 3 minutes stroll from Gran Via Metro.
Both lines were what I needed access to for each trip I went on.
The room was very clean and the staff changed towels daily which was nice. -

Location was great - just around the corner from Opera Metro station. Very, very clean and beds comfortable. We had a room at the back to no traffic noise at all. Staff friendly but only Spanish spoken. Felt very safe and secure so great for single travellers. Had breakfast at the vienna which was great (they have great sandwich selectio

Friendly reception just no english so a translation app will come in handy. Right in the middle off the city centre. A lot of sightseeing can be done on foot.
