The apartments are great – clean, quiet and cosy with a fridge, a cook and utensils (no washing machine though). The staff at the reception (which is not 24 hours) spoke excellent English and communication was easy. The man at the reception who registered us was really helpful and kind. The apartment was absolutely great! It was spotless! The room is comfortable with fully fitted kitchen and utensils. It is so close to the central bus station and hence so convenient to travel to and from the airport or another city. It is close to the center and shops nearby. The guy at the reception spoke English and was very helpful. We will definitely stay there again.

The building has obviously recently renovated and rebuilt with excellent taste and attention to detail. We stayed in two suites on two different occasions and both were extremely well equipped, tastefully decorated, spacious and comfortable. This apartment totally made me a apartment aficionado. I will never stay in a hotel or B&B again.
It was spotless large and the kitchen and washing facilities were top-class. Even though we did not do much cooking everything was there.
The parking was in the same building a great plus point. w number of cafes and restaurants were around the corner. A fantastic place for a family. And the three bedrooms meant everyone had his/her space. We loved every minute and will never stay anywhere else

The apartments are very cheap, and quite big (for 3 persons). It is in the middle of sevilla, 15 min walking from the cathedral. The old lady who made us the check in, was a very nice person.
The wifi is free. If you want to stay in the city center, go to this apartments. They are very cheap and with a lot of quality. -

Excellent location, 10 minutes walk to the major sites and the Guadalquivir. Near to the Plaza de Armas for the airport bus. Well equipped recently tastefully renovated.. Very nice and modern apartment. It was furnished with style. I loved the bathroom and the lighting as well.
Location is good too, just 10-15 minutes from the historical center.
The staff was very helpful and waited for us until 23:00 as we were coming from Portugal and had some problems finding the place.

It was a wonderful experience. The apartment was clean, new and nice, located in a very lively area, but just a few meters apart so that it was quite and calm. The owners are reliable, sharp and ver y kind. I don't have any comment or suggestion to improve it. It is just great. -

We loved the location, the building. Not for everyone. We had a wonderful terrace and that added a lot. Without the noise issue, it would have been fabulous. -
