  Good location, on an easy-to-find street, close to restaurants, sights and shopping area. Nice atmosphere, charmingly decorated with attention to detail. Comfortable room, sound-proof, with large (wide!) bed. The (upstairs) restaurant is stunning and so was the food.   El Duque is situated perfectly. I was in Seville for four days and three nights and didn´t use a taxi or bus at any time, it was possible to walk everywhere, even from the railway station to the hostal. We covered all of the old town and surround.   Upon arriving at the apartment we had a very warm welcome from Marisa. She spent time explaining the different areas of Seville to us, and letting us now where was good to visit/eat/drink and on which days. This was really helpful. The apartment itself was fantastic. It overlooks a lovely little street that leads upto the cathedral and it has the sun on it all da - I liked the location in between the airport and the Cathedral. Possible to walk from and to the airport. No taxis or buses are needed to the main attractions. I liked the spacious apartment. I also liked the young lady, Marisa, at the reception, who welcomed us, showed us round the apartment and gave us tips for our holiday. She is a warm welcoming person who helped out when needed and is an asset to SleepinSevilla.

  The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were attending a concert that happened to be out of town. The man in reception took out maps, bus timetables etc. and worked out how to get there for us and which bus to take. The woman in the morning was equally as helpful in recommending a good place for breakfast.   Great location. A very modern apartment with all mod cons in a very old part of Seville. We could walk everywhere. Car park close by but difficult to find without help. Would recommend for family or a group of friends. We will definitely stay their again. A group of six would need to share ensuite bathrooms as 3rd bedroom is living room.
