  ** i was looking for a calm and quiet vacation, and lur hostel was the place for it -- loved the classic l'eixample apartment and loved the couch with the view of the block courtyard ** the location was perfect, close to the modernist attractions in barcelona ** it was really really clean, even cleaner than my own house :D ** the staff (david, ... τι λέει ο κόσμος » maria, jaime, linda) were really friendly and helpful - we got lots of clothes to wash but had no time as I and my bf were busy to sight seeing all around in Barcelona but they did it instead of us and brought it into our room even twice. their English wasn't so fluent but didn't matter. just there is one thing to know that it's 10euro to use washing machine though the service was satisfied than my thought. just be sure about it.

  Easily the best place I've stayed away from home. Let's be honest, it practically became my home. All the staff go above and beyond what you could possibly want or need by way of help and are warm hearted, kind and happy-chappies. The staff and owner are lovely and so helpful. It is in one of the best locations in Barcelona in a beautiful tree-lined, semi-pedestrian street so it is relatively quiet and very tranquil. It is such good value for money.

  La Flor de Gaudi is the best hostel I´ve ever been! Everything is very clean; showers, rooms, sheets, beds ... The couple that runs the hostel is so kind and take care of every guest! The localization is awesome, just 3 minuts of Parc Güell and 15 minutes walking to the majority of Gaudi monuments. I highly recommend this hostel! - My impression ... τι λέει ο κόσμος » of staying at this hostel is very nice, the owners of the hostel are great people who helped me to orient in city's attractions and suggested places to go.
