  The pension is located on a busy street just round the corner from the Valencia Nord railway station (3mins walk). The room was very clean and nice, with toilet and bathroom (separate), although they looked like being added as you had to climb up a step to got to the bathroom, but it was not a problem. That said, the location us wonderful, good comfortable bed and working fan in room six. Nice towels and sheets. Super swift WiFe.

  The staff were extremely friendly from the start and provided useful advice on the city and nearby transport links. The apartment was very well kitted out,(washing machine, dishwasher etc) the air conditioning was particularly welcomed due to the summer temperatures.   Loved this place. Staff friendly & helpful. Location is perfect, walking distance to major attractions & a 2 min walk to the food market. The flat was perfect, clean & good facilities.
