The ideal hotel in the right place! (excellent location). It is a charming hotel with a real five stars service in the heart of the most elegant place of Madrid.(Barrio Salamanca). - The rooms were very nice and the hotel staff was polite and attentive. Everyone spoke very good English and did their best to accomidate your needs.

Τοποθεσία ξενοδοχείου - The clerk is very friendly and reliable. The security system is also perfect. I strongly recommend this hotel for the upper level persons. - Staff was very helpful. Rooms were a little small, but nice full bathroom and great water pressure

The position was fabulous for sightseeing and shopping. The apartment was generally clean and facilities were good. Staff were very willing to give us a late check out :) -
Great location, just 5 mins from Gran Via and just off the shopping areas. Most Madrid attractions are 10-15 mins walking distance. Small but comfortable

We really enjoyed our stay and everything was beyond expectation. Perfect position for seeing everything Madrid has to offer. Wonderful, friendly, helpful staff - either well trained or the hotel is very lucky! We will definitely return to Madrid and the Radisson Blu will be our first choice of accommodation. Highly recommended. -

Friendly, helpful staff. Well-appointed apartment. We were upgraded to a flat in a different, quiter location after our original choice of apartment had to be closed for repairs. - big not expansive but too noisy.

My wife left her diamond ring and a watch behind as we rush to the
airport. The watch has some value but the ring was expensive. We would
never expected to get our ring and watch back. To our surprises, when we
ask Juan (our representative), he said that the cleaning lady found our
items and he will send them back to us. Without saying a lot, this

The Apartments were really nice. And the staff were quick when we needed them. We were a group of 25 and had some some difficulties with the keys - but the staff sorted everything out. A very nice place to stay in Madrid - close to everything - within walking distance. Thorkild Panduro Thrane P.S. I've already recommended the place to friends on Facabook.

The hotel was very clean and the staff friendly. We went for a delux room on a special offer they had that included breakfast. The breakfast was available till 11.00am and had pleanty to offer every taste and requirement. The hotel Spa was really good although you do have to wear a swimming hat in the pool. You can purchase these from the Spa recep

Αυτή τη φορά το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ μεγάλο ενώ την πρώτη φορά ήταν μικρότερο (κανονικό), αλλά κυρίως είχε δωμάτιο που έβλεπε στο εσωτερικό του κτιρίου οπότε καλό θα ήταν να προλάβετε να ενημερώσετε. Το μπάρ στο δωμάτιο είναι ελεύθερο. - τοποθεσια, προσωπικο ξενοδοχείου,καθαριοτητα

Good location near the Palaces, Opera and Plaza Mayor but on a quietish side street. Good sized pleasant room. Worth going to for the amazing breakfast selection alone. - The staff was very friendly and helpful. Absolutely perfect location if you want to do sigh seeings. Close to variouse restaurants and pub.
