  This is the 2nd time that I have stayed at a hotel in the Vincci group and I have found the hotels very comfortable both times. comfortable rooms, with good facilities.this time I was staying in an ajoining room, which did mean that I had to put up with a little bit of noise from teh next door guest, (guests were not overally noisy, but you could h... τι λέει ο κόσμος » ear them showering and generally moving about) - The hotel is on a nice location among 3 metro stops,very close to placa Espanya,in a quite enough area.The staff is very polite and they speak english well.The rooms were perfect,although not very spacious,but impressive with very nice decoration.The bathroom was excellent.

  The hotel management must be given top marks for their staff selection and running of the hotel. All the staff are extremely friendly, courteous, cheerful and helpful.   Position of location: very good, 5 minutes by walk to Metro station Tibidabo, were you come from, or can go directly to plaza Catalunia Line l7. Also both city tour bus companies, "blue line" stops at Tibidabo. Quiet area at hotel, no trafic in street of the hotel. Right next door is a small supermarket, were you can buy everything you need also f... τι λέει ο κόσμος » resh bread, open every from 9 am till 9:30pm. Restaurants: choice not so big, but one spanish "Molina" and one italien "Pietro" restaurant are close 1 - We (family of 4) stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment and rooms are big which made our stay very comfortable. The hotel is nearer to transport links and there are lot of shops around. It only takes 5-10 mins to reach city centre by train and taxi costs only 10 euros from city centre. The staff are also friendly especially Pamblo and Tony. Rooms are cleaned daily and would love to stay again.
