Excellent Value for the money. Huge suite with every comfort you need: Kitchen with Lavazza Coffee machine, living room with large flat TV, huge bath with bathtub, huge comfy bed with an array of pillows. Good location (on foot 7min from the Via Grande, 10 min from El Prado and 3 min from the Bus Station 'Bus Express' to the airport. Would definitly go back. Nespresso Machine in the breakfast room. Fingerprint reader to enter the appartment: no badge you could loose or misplace. Free WiFi!

Staff, Location and Cleanliness.
Location was just the best in Madrid I believe. It is not in the midle of the touristic spot so you dont see 40+ years old tourists waddling around in their "comfortable" attire when you go outside of you hotel, instead, you are in the middle of the trendiest area. We had a wonderful time in this beautifully designed and extremely well located hotel. Staff were very friendly, elegant and welcoming. Attention to detail is for sure one of the key principles of this hotel, starting with the welcome (someone opening the door for you, we got offered as well a glass of Champagne to welcome us, water was provided for free in the room, ...). Τοποθεσία ξενοδοχείου - The clerk is very friendly and reliable. The security system is also perfect. I strongly recommend this hotel for the upper level persons. - Staff was very helpful. Rooms were a little small, but nice full bathroom and great water pressure

Everything was top class, location, comfort, facilities, staff. Only discomfort would be smoking allowed in hotel bar, and indeed most of the restaurants/bars are still smoking zones. - Good central location, but at the same time very quiet. Comfortable room, helpful staff.

It was central in Madrid- within walking distance of many of the main tourist sites .But the best thing about the hotel was the staff. They were so friendly and helpful at all times. One of the reception staff even phoned her mother who was taking part in a procession for holy week to see where it was so we could go and watch. The waiters and oth

By means of public transport everything can be reached easily. Big room with huge beds and a large balcony. The hotel staff is very friendly, helpful to all your requests (even after paying the hotel bill). The buffet breakfast is very good, you can have whatever you want. The waiters are exceptionally nice.
